This 10% cash-back applies to any combination of results, including:
- Mixed Outcomes: Any combination of approvals and rejections (e.g., 2 approvals / 2 rejections, 1 approval / 3 rejections, etc.).
- 100% Approvals: All of your unit applications were accepted by the university.
- 100% Rejections: All units were rejected, but you either missed the claim window for the 90% Full Rejection Guarantee or purchased a package for fewer units than recommended in your EOI.
All refund tiers and cash-back rewards are strictly mutually exclusive and non-stackable per report:

- No Personal Data in AI Training: We never use your full name, student ID, contact details, or any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to train our systems.
- Strict Data Sanitization: All personal identifiers are permanently stripped and anonymized before any submitted documentation is processed by our machine learning models.
- What We Actually Train On: Our AI engine is trained purely on the underlying, non-identifiable academic logic—specifically the industry experience types, duration of work, relevant skill competencies, unit codes applied for, and the university's written rationale for approval or rejection.
3. Claim Timeframes
For the 90% Full Rejection Guarantee
Your eligibility window for submitting a 90% refund claim depends on the specific package you purchased:

No Expiration Date: There is no time limit or deadline for claiming the 10% cash-back. You can submit your outcomes and claim your 10% reward at any time, regardless of how long your university takes to deliver a final decision.
4. Required Evidence for Claims
To process any claim (90% Guarantee or 10% Cash-Back) and ensure accurate AI learning data, you must provide verified documentation clearly showing:
- Your Name: Must match the name on your ValiCred account and report (used for account verification only prior to anonymization).
- Official University Sender Details: Clear proof of authenticity showing official university email headers or official letters with logos.
- Exact Unit Codes/Names: Explicitly naming the specific university units that were reviewed.
- Outcome Notice & Reasoning: Official written confirmation showing the approved or rejected status of each unit. If rejected, the university's explicit reason for denial must be visible.
- Proof of Complete Submission (Required for the 90% Guarantee only): A copy of your submitted application proving that all ValiCred justifications and work experience evidence were included in full.
5. Verification & Unacceptable Evidence
To protect against fraudulent claims and preserve system integrity, ValiCred reserves the right to request that you securely forward original decision emails directly from your student inbox, along with sent application logs, for metadata verification.
The following will not be accepted for any refund or cash-back claim:
- Rejections due to user error (e.g., missing university deadlines or failing to pay university administrative fees).
- Heavily cropped, edited, or unverified screenshots.
- Word documents or copy-pasted text without original email headers.
- Decisions for units that ValiCred did not explicitly recommend in your report.
- Rejections based solely on verbal conversations or phone calls without official written confirmation.
- Dual or stacked claims: Requesting both the 90% guarantee and the 10% data cash-back on the same report.
6. How to Submit a Claim
